We collect information you provide directly to us as well as data generated through your use of the platform. This helps us deliver and improve our courses, test series and mentorship services.

• Account details — your name, email address and (optionally) phone number, plus a profile photo if you upload one.
• Enrolment details — if you join through an institutional invite, the intake group you joined with, which may record your university and admission year.
• Study activity — the tests and practice sets you attempt, your answers, scores, time spent per question, review schedule and the study goals you set.
• Technical data — your login sessions and basic request information needed to keep the platform secure and working.

• To provide access to courses, live classes, test series and personalised study recommendations.
• To generate AI-driven performance analytics and predict areas for improvement.
• To communicate important updates, schedules, results and support responses.
• To measure whether our advertising works — see “Advertising Measurement” below.
• To prevent fraud, keep the platform secure and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never hand over your study records — the questions you attempt, your answers, scores or time spent — to an advertiser. The only things we send to an advertising platform are the two one-time events described under “Advertising Measurement” below. Beyond that, we use a small number of service providers to run the platform, each handling only what their function requires:

• Hosting and content delivery — to serve the application and its images and video.
• Database hosting — where your account and study records are stored.
• Email delivery — to send sign-in codes, password resets and account notices.
• Video delivery — for protected course and lecture playback.
• AI processing — see “AI Study Coach” below.
• Advertising measurement — see “Advertising Measurement” below.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

If you ask the AI Study Coach for a briefing, we send a summary of your performance to Google’s Gemini API to generate it. That summary contains only aggregate study figures — your exam, streak, test count, average and best scores, accuracy, per-subject and per-topic accuracy, review counts and syllabus coverage.

It does not include your name, email address, phone number or any other identifier, and it never includes the text of individual questions or your individual answers. The briefing is generated only when you press the button, at most once a day, and the result is stored on your own account so it can be shown again without repeating the request.

We advertise this platform, and we need to know which advertisements bring in students who actually study — not just sign-ups. So our server sends the advertising platform (Meta) two events, each exactly once: a “sign-up happened” event when you create your account, and a “first question answered” event the first time you answer a practice or test question. Each contains a scrambled, one-way hashed form of your email address and of your account reference, your IP address and browser identification, and — if you arrived by clicking one of our ads — the click reference from that link.

Neither event contains your name, phone number or university, and neither says which question you answered, what you answered, whether it was right, your scores or anything else about how you study — the second event says only that a first answer happened. Each is sent once and never again. There is no advertising pixel, analytics script or session recording running on this site, so apart from those two one-time events nothing is reported while you browse or study.

These events let us count, per advertisement, how many people signed up and how many actually started practising, so we can spend on the ads that bring in real students, and avoid showing you an ad for something you have already joined. Our Cookie Policy explains the one ad-related item stored in your browser and when it is created.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, we store a few settings in your browser so features work as expected, and if you arrive from one of our advertisements we store that link’s click reference. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels or session recording on this platform. Our Cookie Policy lists exactly what is stored and why.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
