We want you to be confident in your enrolment. This policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request one. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds apply only if less than 15% of the course content has been accessed.
- Test-series-only purchases are eligible if no test has been attempted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Plans where more than 15% of content has been consumed.
- Discounted, promotional or bundled offers marked as non-refundable.
- Any one-time registration or processing fees.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@ajma.com from your registered address with your order ID and reason for the request. Our team will review eligibility and respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available until the end of the current billing period and does not automatically trigger a refund.
