By accessing or using AJ Medical Academy ("AJMA", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Course content, recordings and test series are licensed for your personal, non-commercial preparation only.
• You may not share, resell, record or redistribute any content without our written permission.
• Access is granted for the duration of your enrolled plan and may expire when the plan ends.

Fees for courses and plans are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

All content on the platform — including lectures, notes, question banks, branding and software — is owned by or licensed to AJ Medical Academy and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited access described in these terms.

• Attempting to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.
• Sharing account access or distributing paid content to non-enrolled users.
• Uploading unlawful, abusive or infringing material, or impersonating others.

Our courses are educational aids and do not guarantee any specific examination result, rank or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ Medical Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the platform at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, payments and liability survive termination.
